Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Landscape Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing expert advice, promoting our products, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product information by telephone, in-person, or email
- Support the Sales team as needed
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Place orders and arrange delivery with customers
- Assist with merchandising, pricing and restocking
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the retail space is clean, inviting, and well-stocked
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Previous sales experience with landscape materials
- Landscaping knowledge and experience
- Must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday, possibly Saturday
- Ability to work well in a team environment while providing outstanding customer service
Hourly Rate: $20.00
